Logistics Plus Maui Disaster Relief Fund
Maui, Hawaii, has endured two devastating catastrophes in 2023. Just three months after horrific wildfires in West Maui, now East Maui is dealing with a new flooding disaster. Nearly ten inches of rain — the highest rainfall total in the state — was recorded in the U.S. Geological Survey’s rain gauge near Keʻanae in a 24-hour period ending at 1 p.m. Thursday, November 30th. Emergency crews are working to provide temporary relief and shelter to those impacted.
Logistics Plus opened a new office in Hawaii a little over a year ago. LP Hawaii, as the office is called, has had tremendous growth as an important market and regional hub for movement of goods between the U.S. mainland to Australia and the Pacific.
We are asking our employees, partners, and friends to join us in raising funds for additional relief efforts to those in Maui affected by this second natural disaster within three months. 100% of the money will go to relief efforts.
